Install & registration
The installer won't run / is flagged by Windows

Only install FEM from the official release link: github.com/Fry-Foundation/fry-edge-miner/releases/latest. If Windows warns about an unrecognized download, verify you used that exact link before proceeding. Never install FEM from any other source.

My device doesn't appear in the dashboard
  1. Confirm FEM completed device registration (you have a miner key of the form FEM-<32hex>).
  2. Confirm you're signed in to dashboard.frynetworks.com with the same account the device registered under.
  3. Give it a little time after first registration, then refresh the devices view.
Mining & uptime
Device shows offline or unhealthy
  1. Check the FEM app is running on the machine.
  2. Check the machine's network connection.
  3. Open FEM's dashboard and look at each integration's health — a failed partner process drags down your Proof-of-Connectivity slots (144 ten-minute slots per day).
One integration keeps turning itself off

That's by design: FEM has no location/IP limits of its own, but some partner integrations enforce theirs (nodes per IP, regional availability). When a partner threshold is exceeded, FEM auto-disables that integration, keeps the others earning, and notifies you. Re-enable it if your network conditions change.

Rewards
I don't see this week's rewards

Epochs conclude on Fridays (FRYday); rewards appear as claimable balances after epoch close. Claiming is always manual — see Rewards & Claiming.

My claim didn't arrive
  1. Check the payout address configured in your dashboard profile.
  2. Confirm the receiving wallet has opted in to the reward token's ASA (see Token Overview).
  3. Look the address up on an Algorand explorer to see whether the transfer landed.
