Fry 1.0 Conversion Guide

Overview

This process allows eligible users to convert Fry 1.0 tokens into Fry 2.0 or fNODE via the Fry Networks Dashboard. Only wallets holding Fry 1.0 at the Dec 1, 2024 snapshot can convert.

• Snapshot Date: December 1st, 2024, at 00:00 UTC

• Algorand Block: #44866969

Before You Start :

• You must have the full eligible Fry 1.0 balance in your wallet at the time of conversion.

• If you do not have enough Fry 1.0, you may purchase more or claim pending rewards in the dashboard to reach your eligible amount.

• All Fry 1.0 tokens used for conversion will be permanently sent to a burn address. This action is irreversible.

Step 1. Access Fry Dashboard & Start Conversion

• Go to: dashboard.frynetworks.com

• Sign in using the wallet(s) that held Fry 1.0 on December 1st, 2024, 12am UTC (snapshot date).

• Click the "Fry 1.0 Conversion" button.

Step 2. Check Wallet Eligibility

• Click "Check Availability".

If your wallet is not eligible (was not holding Fry 1.0 at the snapshot date):

• You'll see a red error: Wallet Not Eligible for Fry 1.0 Conversion.

• If you believe you should be eligible, please check any other wallets you may have used at the time of the snapshot. If you still need help, contact our support team via a Discord helpdesk ticket.

If your wallet is eligible:

• A green banner: Fry 1.0 is available for conversion.

• Your Fry 1.0 holdings, staked amounts, and total eligible amount are displayed.

• Click "Start Conversion".

Step 3. Preview Conversion Details

• Select Conversion Type:

  • FRY 2.0 (convert to Fry 2.0, 1-year vesting)

  • fNODE (convert to fNODE, 1-year vesting)

• Review:

  • Your eligible Fry 1.0 amount

  • The exact amount of FRY 2.0 or fNODE you'll receive after conversion (amounts are subject to conversion ratio/vesting)

• Click "Convert".

Step 4. Confirm and Sign the Conversion Transaction

• Your wallet (Pera or Defly) will prompt you to sign the transaction to send your Fry 1.0.

• You must have the eligible Fry 1.0 tokens in your wallet now (equal to your snapshot balance).

• Tokens are sent to the burn address.

• If successful, you'll see a green banner: Conversion Successful. Head back to the Fry 1.0 Conversion to start your claim process.

Step 5. Claim Your Vesting Rewards

• After conversion, click "Fry 1.0 Conversion" again to open the vesting/claim panel.

• You'll see your Remaining Converted Amount and Claimable Amount (1/12th of total, monthly vesting).

• Click "Claim" to withdraw your first available portion.

Step 6. Claim Confirmation & History

• If the claim is successful, a green banner will confirm: Claim Successful! You've received 1/12 month's fNODE/FRY 2.0...

• You'll return to the conversion page, which now displays:

  • Updated vesting progress bar

  • Remaining claimable balance

  • Claim History for this wallet/token

Key Points & Troubleshooting

• Eligibility: Only wallets holding Fry 1.0 at snapshot (Dec 1, 2024) can convert.

• Sufficient Balance: You must hold enough Fry 1.0 in your wallet to match your eligible conversion amount.

• Vesting: All conversions are subject to a 12-month vesting schedule; only 1/12th is claimable per month.

• Claiming: Return each month to claim the next vesting portion.
