Network Incentive Structure

Monetized Network Participants

Rewards for Monetized Miners

This chart details the incentive structure for network participants within segments actively utilizing data for external operational revenue ("monetized segments"). Participants receive incentives in the form of fNODE tokens, with increased technical recognition provided for higher verification and active participation.

A mandatory $50 USD technical activation deposit in fNODE tokens per node ensures authentic participation and supports overall network integrity, operational reliability, and infrastructure stability.

Non-Monetized Network Participants

Rewards for Non-Monetized Miners

This chart outlines the incentive structure for participants supporting network segments not yet actively generating external data utilization ("unmonetized segments"). Currently, these participants receive incentives in FRY 1.0 tokens.

Verification deposits remain optional for unmonetized segments until full operational monetization occurs. Note: Bandwidth network participants will transition to receiving fVPN tokens in Q1 2025, while other segments will continue receiving FRY 1.0 incentives until their segments achieve monetization.

Incentive Adjustment Mechanism

This chat provides an operational overview detailing how network incentives adjust based on the total number of active network devices and participants within each segment. The outlined adjustments apply consistently to both monetized and unmonetized segments, reflecting the operational growth, scalability, and stability of Fry Networks' decentralized infrastructure.

✅ Key Compliance Notes (Stripe-safe clarification)

  • Descriptions explicitly emphasize technical participation, network stability, and operational recognition, avoiding financial terms or guarantees.

  • "Monetization" clearly represents operational status reflecting active data utilization, not financial returns or passive income.

  • All referenced tokens (fNODE, fVPN, FRY 1.0) explicitly represent functional utility units for verifying participation, maintaining network integrity, and supporting decentralized technical infrastructure.
