Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Introduction This document sets forth the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") governing your participation in the Affiliate Program ("Program") offered by [Fry Foundation] ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate", "you", or "your") enter into a legal agreement with the Company.

Acceptance of Terms By enrolling in the Program, you confirm your understanding of and agreement with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not enroll in the Program.

1. Affiliate Payouts 1.1. Regular Payouts: The Company processes payouts weekly on a predetermined day to ensure timely compensation for our affiliates' efforts. 1.2. Payout Limit:*

   • All affiliates must initiate contact with us to negotiate their weekly payout amount. In the absence of such negotiations, a default weekly payout cap of $100 USD will be applied.

   • This framework is designed to adapt to both the affiliate's performance and the company's payout capabilities.

   • Either the affiliate or the Company may request to renegotiate the weekly payout amount as needed.

   • Affiliates wishing to negotiate or renegotiate are encouraged to reach out directly to our support team on Discord. 1.3. Adjustment of Limits:

   • The Company reserves the right to adjust payout limits at its discretion.

   • Affiliates will be promptly notified of any changes. 1.4. Earned Commissions:

   • Affiliates will receive their earned commissions under the terms established at the time of adjustment.

   • All commissions earned will be honored, reflecting the Company's updated financial strategies or operational requirements.

1.5. Tax Documentation Requirement: - Before any payouts can be issued, affiliates are required to submit a completed W-9 (for U.S. persons) or W-8 (for non-U.S. persons) form. This requirement is to comply with U.S. tax regulations. - Failure to provide the necessary tax documentation will result in a delay or suspension of payouts until the required forms are received and verified by the Company.

1. Modifications to Terms The Company may modify these Terms at any time, at its discretion. Changes will be communicated through our website or your provided email.

2. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities Affiliates must adhere to legal and ethical marketing practices and promote our products in a manner aligned with our brand values.

4. Relationship of Parties Affiliates act as independent contractors, and this Program does not create any form of partnership, employment, or agency relationship between the parties.

5. Limitation of Liability The Company is not liable for indirect damages or losses related to this Agreement or the Program.

6. Termination Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice, and any outstanding payouts will be processed accordingly.

7. Intellectual Property Affiliates receive a revocable right to use the Company's trademarks and marketing materials as per Program guidelines.

8. Confidentiality Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of the Company's proprietary information.
