IoPool Water Quality Miner Setup Guide
Follow these steps to set up your IoPool EcO sensor, link it to Fry Networks, and start contributing water quality data.

Step 1: Install the IoPool App
Download the IoPool app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
Open the app and create an account or log in.
Ensure the app has the necessary permissions, such as location access, for proper functionality.
Step 2: Configure Your Swimming Pool
In the IoPool app, configure your swimming pool by following the guided steps.

Step 3: Add the EcO Sensor to the Swimming Pool
Go to My Pool → Devices → “Do you have an EcO?”

Follow the instructions to activate your EcO sensor and add it to the pool.


Step 4: EcO Sensor First Configuration
Complete the guided steps in the app to configure your EcO sensor for the first time.



Step 5: Link the Gateway
Click on Gateway in the app to add the IoPool gateway to your swimming pool.

Select your home WiFi network and connect the gateway.


Note: To find the MAC address of the gateway:
Locate the gateway's IP address in your router configuration.
Use an IP scanner to scan the gateway's IP, which will display the MAC address.
Step 6: Sensor Calibration
The sensor must be calibrated for its first use.

First Calibration: General configuration.

Second Calibration: Salt level analysis.


Follow the in-app steps to complete the calibration process.

Step 7: API Key
Go to More → Settings → Create an API Key.
The API Key will appear in red in the final step. Copy it and save it securely.

Linking and Registering Your Water Quality Miner with Fry Networks
Link your IoPool device to Fry Networks' water portal: https://water.frynetworks.com/
After completing the setup, register your miner on the Fry Networks Dashboard to start earning rewards.
